Shape Up Fitness Centre, founded in 1988, is the brain child of Anton Grima; a qualified personal instructor and a former body-builder proud of numerous awards at national and international level.
Anton was the first sports enthusiast to open a gym on the island of Gozo and despite all his vast experience, still strives with great satisfaction in devoting personal attention and nutritional counselling to all club members.
The centre offers a cosy but at the same time a professional and state of the art selection of equipment, catering for the most inexperienced member to professional status. A wide selection of cardio machines all of which claiming brand names such as Precor, Technogym, Gym80 are available.
It would be a real pleasure for both Anton and all the members to welcome and host new members and integrate them to form part of our big family.
