More Than Movement is run by Laura Holland, a fully qualified Personal Trainer from the UK with advanced qualifications in Pregnancy / Post Natal Fitness and pelvic health. We offer:
– Online fitness video membership for £7.99 monthly
– Online group classes including pre & postnatal
– Online or in-person in Gozo private 1:1 or small group personal training
– Exercises and advice for tummy gap (abdominal separation/diastasis recti) and pelvic floor, prolapse and other women’s health issues
– Consultations for pregnant women and mums on how to look after your core during pregnancy and beyond, to help prevent problems like abdominal separation, weak pelvic floor and incontinence.
– Helping busy women to find a way of fitness which works for them.
