No soap, furniture falling apart, no plug, wrong instructions at arrival and no opportunity to leave luggage before check-in or after check out. In the ladder case also not helpful or creative at all. Breakfast awful. Instant coffee served while sitting next to a barrista machine. The worst omelette ever and a very poor sandwich on over toasted bread. Juice horrible and fruits dirty. No recommendation ...
