Working with clay puts me in touch with the elements, water and air provide the plasticity for creating my different forms from the wet clay, while fire brings permanence to the earth I transform.
The creative spirit is freed when my hands and tools are employed in making and designing ceramics.
This is how I relate to clay and I am very much inspired by nature and also by our beautiful Island of Gozo. Every season of the year brings me more ideas and I am very versatile in my work. My Gozitan Heritage, my fantasy and imagination, are all part of the results in my creative work.
