Back to Blogs

Have you yet dived into the blue waters at San Blas? Have you snorkelled the cove of Wied il-Għasri? Have you enjoyed the idyllic beach of Ramla? Have you picnicked at the bay of Marsalforn? Ever spent the day at Ħondoq Bay or an afternoon at Dwejra Inland Sea?

The above-mentioned beaches are not even the full list of coves where you can enjoy the sea in Gozo!  Gozo might be only 67km2 but there are a lot of beaches and secret coves to enjoy.   It takes a while to see them all and take a dip, so plan your holiday well to avoid being disappointed.

Here’s our full list starting off with the blue-flag beaches.

Xlendi Bay: The once fishermen’s village offers a variety of swimming areas along the coast. One interesting spot is Karolina’s Cave that is reached by climbing the flight of steps that are cut out in the cliff face on one side of the bay.

Wied il-Għasri:  An idyllic gorge for swimming and diving, nestled between steep cliffs, make this fiord-like beach a ‘real’ dream.
